Rock Wool Boards – Our New High-Volume Fireproof Insulation Material

Hello everyone, this is Ruibin from WOQIN Company. For many years, we have been producing and selling aerogel and VIP panels, but rock wool boards are our newly introduced high-volume product. This isn't a cheap product that sags or corrodes easily – our rock wool boards are manufactured on our own production line, using basalt as the raw material, with a fiber diameter of less than 6 microns and a slag ball content of no more than 7%, ensuring a clean and tidy installation. The acidity coefficient exceeds 1.8, meaning it remains stable and does not decompose even in steam or acidic environments.

We test each batch of products for key indicators: thermal conductivity at 25°C is 0.040 W/m·K, thermal load shrinkage temperature exceeds 600°C, and compressive strength reaches over 40 kPa. Hydrophobic products have a water repellency rate of over 98% (no mold growth in humid environments), and our formaldehyde-free series ensures zero VOC content for indoor construction. A1 fire rating – no toxic fumes or melting in case of fire.

Over the past year, we have shipped these products to the following three regions:

Dubai Petrochemical Pipeline: 150mm thick rock wool boards, surface covered with aluminum foil, used for 300°C steam pipelines. Surface temperature reduced to below 50°C, and no corrosion was observed after the monsoon season. They ordered 10 containers.

Rotterdam Warehouse Roof: 100mm thick rock wool boards installed under metal sheeting. The 20,000 square meter roof achieved a U-value of 0.35, and truck noise was reduced by half. The payback period was less than 4 years.

Mumbai Food Factory Walls: Rock wool boards with a density of 80 kg/m³ were used as partitions. Easily passed fire regulations and remained stable without sagging even in 95% humidity. 2025 Factory Direct Prices (Minimum Order Quantity 500 square meters, bulk shipping discounts available):

Golden Rule: Do not over-compress during installation, otherwise the insulation performance will decrease by 15%. To avoid this, we will include a video and laboratory certification report with every order.
